My new favorite tea store!
Just received my order from Kissa, and I'm so happy with it! I bought the Gyokuro and a Chawan, and everything is just beautiful. The tea is absolutely delicious, so fresh and vibrant. The chawan feels great in my hands. I can't wait to try more of their teas. This was a fantastic find, really impressed with the quality!
Decent tea, minor shipping issue
I purchased the Organic Green Tea and a Bamboo Chasen. The tea itself was fresh and tasted really good, a nice everyday option. The chasen felt sturdy, good quality. Shipping was a bit slow; it took 7 days to reach my address, which was longer than I hoped. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but the tracking info wasn't updated for a few days. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve on shipping speed and transparency.
